What is the difference between Routine Maintenance and Premium Web Care?

Routine Maintenance is a basic servicing of your website to ensure that all its software and plugins are up-to-date. We will document and fix any issue that occurs directly due to the update of plugins to their latest versions.

Premium Web Care includes everything in Routine Maintenance, and more. On top of the maintenance and updates, it also includes 600 minutes of a developer’s time to assist you in anything extra. This could include any mistakes, issues, crashes, bugs & troubleshooting you might need at any time. It is your choice how you would like to utilize the 600 minutes of a developer’s time. If you prefer to have the peace of mind of having an experienced developer on call whenever you need support, this option is for you.

Can I get the yearly rate but pay monthly?

Software updates are more likely to have bugs/issues the longer it has not been updated. That’s why we offer a cheaper rate if you are committed to a yearly package. We will perform updates every month, which will ensure that if there are issues with the site, they will be minor and can be easily fixed. This is why, we only offer the promotional rate for a commitment period.

If you don’t think you want to get monthly updates, you can consider our ad-hoc Routine Maintenance option.

Can I get a 6-month plan?

Unfortunately, no. We only offer yearly plans and ad-hoc plans.

If I make a mistake on my website and an issue occurs, which plans would cover fixing it?

The Premium Web Care plan covers any issues you may have.

If you are not currently on our plan, you can get an hour of an experienced developer’s time ad-hoc to help you fix the issue.

If I need something added on my website, does maintenance cover it?

Maintenance is the preservation of existing features and functions. So, it is not included in routine maintenance plans.

If you need something new designed or developed for your website, do consider the ad-hoc Design & Development, where you will be able to get an experienced developer to work on your task at a fixed rate.
